PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of improving the accuracy in detecting game media such as tokens. SOLUTION: The game machine has a roller 40 with magnetism to be rotated in an entrained manner to change the posture of a token toward a slot 23 when the token guided by a game medium guide part 22 abuts to the roller, and an attraction mechanism 800 with an electromagnet for attracting a part of the outer surface of the roller 40 with the electromagnetism generated as the electromagnet is energized. When the displayed number of credit reaches 48, the part of the outer surface of the roller 40 is attracted by the attraction mechanism 800 to control the entrained rotation of the roller 40. As the entrained rotation of the roller 40 is controlled, the advancing speed of the token abutting to the roller 40 into a token passage 102 is reduced, and a plurality of tokens is separated with the intervals among tokens being retained.
