DuPont™Teflon®FEPTE9475isamelt-processable

fluoropolymerresinspecificallydesignedforhigh-speed

extrusionofthincoatingsonsmall-gaugewiresfortwistedpair

constructions.

AsshowninTable1,thisresinprovidestheelectricaland

mechanicalpropertiesneededforlow-voltageapplications.

Inaddition,Teflon®FEPTE9475hasahighermeltflowrate

thanmostotherfluoropolymerresins.Thispermitshigher

extrusionspeedsandeasierprocessing,makingTeflon®FEP

TE9475acost-effectivealternativeforproducingthin-wall

extrusions.

Teflon®FEPTE9475isdesignedandmadetohavelow

dissipationfactorathighfrequenciesandtohavesignificant

plate-outresistanceinmeltextrusion.Itissuitableasasolid
